Returns Policy

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In addition to the conditions specifically provided in section 1.3 – Return and Exchange Procedure, the customer should also consider that if the product to be returned was purchased as part of a promotional campaign and, therefore, benefited from an offer with the product, both items must be returned. Both products must meet the return conditions mentioned above.

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 natural days without the need for justification.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us, Lámparas Escala, at the address, C/ Baños No. 66 and 68. Postal Code 41002, Seville, Spain, by phone at +34954903632 / +34664422221, via social media (Facebook and Instagram), or through WhatsApp, of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email). The withdrawal form model, which is attached to the Terms and Conditions, can be used but is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Rejecting the order at the time of delivery or the impossibility of delivery, for reasons not attributable to Lámparas Escala or the courier service, will result in the loss of the right to a refund of the price paid and the associated purchase costs: shipping costs and/or transportation packaging costs.

Note: The absence of any element that prevents the product from being restocked for sale, particularly the respective instruction manual in its original supply condition, implies its immediate classification as an incomplete product and, as such, the consequent non-acceptance of its return.

Each item(s) to be returned must, therefore, be sent in the aforementioned conditions, with the transport company’s label affixed to the original transport box or an alternative that guarantees the proper preservation of the product. This box should be destroyed once the condition of the returned product(s) has been confirmed. By failing to meet any of the preservation condition requirements mentioned above, the customer will lose the right to a refund, and in that case, they will have 10 days to collect the item(s) in question at our aforementioned facilities, bearing the costs of this arrangement. This collection must be carried out by a transport company hired by the customer, as in-person collection by individuals, even if the individual is the customer themselves, is not possible.


The customer must return the item(s), request a refund, and make a new purchase. The entire return procedure is properly outlined in the «Returns» section, with regard to determining the conditions applicable to the acceptance of products for exchange.

Refund Methods

The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date the customer communicated their intention to withdraw. We will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer specifies otherwise, explicitly stating the payment method through which they want the refund to be made. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the items.

If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same card and will typically appear on the next bank statement.

Return Costs

Upon the respective notification to Lámparas Escala and the confirmation of an error in the item(s) sent or that defective product(s) were sent to the customer, Lámparas Escala will bear the return costs by arranging the collection at the delivery address. For this, a member of the Returns and Refunds department of Lámparas Escala’s Customer Service will contact the customer to arrange the mentioned collection and provide any additional clarification on this matter.
